- These resilient interlocking floor tiles are made from recycled SBR rubber and high-colored virgin rubber. Each tile measures 23" x 23" (interlocked size: 23" x 23") and is approximately 8 mm (5/16") thick. Each gym tile weighs about 8 pounds.

Installation
- Start by thoroughly cleaning your subfloor to remove any dirt, grease, or debris.
- Using a chalk line, mark a pair of perpendicular lines on the subfloor that are 24 inches away from adjacent walls to create a 90-degree angle.
- Begin laying the interlocking tiles along the chalk lines, snapping the locks together as you go.
- Leave the perimeter of the room open until the field is installed.
- After the field is covered, go back and cut in lines along the walls in the room, leaving a gap roughly the thickness of tiles being used to account for expansion and contraction of the tiles in varied temperature ranges.
Maintenance
- Vacuum or sweep regularly to remove loose dirt and debris from the surface.
- For a deeper clean, damp mop with a solution of mild soap and water. We recommend using Dawn dish detergent or Tide laundry detergent.
- Avoid using solvent or oil-based cleaners such as Pinesol, Lysol, Murphy’s Oil Soap, WD40, or paint thinner as they can break down the flooring over time.
