Spray-Lock 6500 – Premium Spray Adhesive for LVT, LVP, Carpet Tile & Underlayment

Spray-Lock 6500 is a professional-grade, water-based spray adhesive engineered for the installation of luxury vinyl tile (LVT), luxury vinyl plank (LVP), carpet tile, and pad/underlayment. Unlike traditional trowel-applied adhesives, the 6500's spray format uses up to 80% less adhesive by volume — delivering no trowel marks, significant height savings, and a clean job site.

With a 4-hour open time and a dry-to-touch time of just 10–20 minutes, installers can work efficiently across large areas and allow foot traffic — including heavy hospital beds and commercial equipment — the same day installation is complete. Each 22-oz can covers 150–185 sq ft (14–17.2 m²).

The 6500 is warranted for substrates at up to 98% relative humidity, 8 lbs MVER, and 11 pH, making it a reliable choice over high-moisture concrete slabs where many adhesives fail. It is suitable for properly prepared concrete, gypsum-based underlayments, plank, metal, and existing VCT substrates.
