2' x 7' Safety Wall Pads
Our 2' x 7' Safety Wall Pads create a safe space in any gym or recreational facility to ensure athletes of all levels can push their limits and perform their best. These easy-to-clean and sanitize indoor fixed wall padding panels are antibacterial treated, antimicrobial, anti-fungal, UV treated, and resistant to mold and mildew. Expertly designed for the ultimate in impact-absorption and direct wall attachment, this style panel is a wood backed pad with 2” impact rated polyethylene foam laminated to the face using a two part adhesion process. This combination of foam and wood is wrapped front and sides and securely stapled onto the backing using Class “A” PVC Vinyl. 2' x 7' Safety Wall Pads are proudly made in the USA with durable materials, and are backed by a 5-year limited warranty. Also great as protective wall padding for sensory rooms, and any other area where a safe cushioned space is desired.
Components/ Materials:
Covering: 18.5 oz. coated smooth matte vinyl. BACshield: Anti-Mildew, Anti-Fungus, Antimicrobial, Antibacterial treated, UV treated. Passes NFPA-701, CSFM-19, and ASTM E-84 Class A fire retardant compliant.
Foam Layer: 2” polyethylene foam meets standards for ASTM 2440. The test method quantifies impact in terms of g-max and Head Injury Criterion (HIC) scores. Promotes closed-loop recycling of post-industrial scrap. Contains at least 60% and up to 100% recycled pre-consumer raw material.
Backing: 7/16" Georgia Pacific Blue Ribbon® oreinted strand board (OSB), Third-party certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® procurement standard, Exposure 1 bond durability. Contains no added urea formaldehyde resins.

Installation
2' x 7' Wall Pads are fairly easy to install and DIY friendly.
INSTALLATION:
1. 1” Nail Margin top and bottom along width edge attached directly to wall using appropriate hardware for wall type. Refer to ASTM standards for height above finished floor. 4” AFF to bottom of foam current.
2. No Nail Margin. Aluminum Z-Clip mounted to wall top and bottom (as aligned with panel size and mounting height) using appropriate hardware for wall type. Opposing Z-Clip mounted to panel. Once hardware is securely fastened to wall and panel, panels can be nested into wall side Z-Clip. 4” AFF to bottom of panel.
Maintenance
These waterproof 2' x 7' Gym Wall Pads are easy to clean, and nonporous which means that virtually no liquids can penetrate the surface of the mat. Resistant to fungus, mold, and bacteria, they can be wiped down with a damp cloth and a gentle cleaning solution to sanitize as necessary.
