E-Grip III is a revolutionary zero-VOC, low odor, one-component urethane adhesive formulated for use with Ecore surfaces. It features improved tack properties, helping to keep seams tight. E-Grip III has been specifically engineered to be solvent-free. With a moisture-cured, no-mix, non-sag, and permanently elastic formula, it provides excellent adhesion to elastomers, concrete, and wood in both indoor and outdoor applications. Material - Polyurethane Color - Light brown Size - Available in 2 & 4 gallon pails Coverage - 60 sq-ft/gal - 120 sq-ft/gal depending on trowel used. See Installation Info tab for more details. Weight - 2-gallon pail weighs approx. 24 pounds and the 4-gallon pail weighs approx. 55 pounds.

Maintenance
Maintenance Instructions:
General Maintenance:
- Regularly check the integrity of the adhesive bond. Ensure there are no signs of moisture seepage or cracking.
- Ensure that the flooring is installed and maintained as per the manufacturer’s guidelines to maintain the effectiveness of the adhesive.
Cleaning Wet Adhesive:
- Use a wet cloth to clean up any adhesive while it is still wet. This will prevent it from hardening and becoming more difficult to remove.
Cleaning Dry Adhesive:
- For dried adhesive, use a tennis ball to roll over the adhesive residue. The adhesive will adhere to the tennis ball and can be easily removed from the floor surface.
Inspection:
- Periodically inspect the flooring for any signs of separation, bubbling, or unevenness that could indicate adhesive failure.
- If any issues are detected, address them promptly to prevent further damage.
Environmental Conditions:
- Maintain the appropriate environmental conditions as specified for the flooring material to ensure the adhesive remains effective.
- Control humidity and temperature levels to avoid compromising the adhesive’s bond.
Storage and Handling:
- Store the adhesive in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Ensure that the lid is tightly sealed to prevent contamination and drying out of the adhesive.
