The TecWood construction allows for easy floating installation that can be done quickly and easily. Mohawk's Unilock technology helps secure each seam from moisture from above, increasing the water repellency of you new hardwood floor, backed even further by a Mohawk limited lifetime moisture warranty. The sawn face of real white oak wood gives each plank an individual character with a thick 3 mm wear layer that can allow resurfacing if ever needed. Mohawk is proud to produce one of the few wide plank engineered hardwoods and has improved it even more with their Unilock system which allows for an easy floating installation.
