4' x 6' Pro-Series Outdoor Wall Pads
Our 4' x 6' Pro-Series Outdoor Wall Pads are the perfect solution to keeping athletes safe during so they can compete at their best. Our Pro-Series Outdoor Wall Pads are made to meet professional outdoor sports-standards. These Pro-Series Outdoor Pads are extra thick with a 3" impact-rated foam layer over a moisture resistant board. Each wall pad is designed to be used outdoors, year round, and handle all types of weather. These pads can be mounted on flat surfaces or fences and all hardware is included.
Foam Pad Material: 3" polyurethane foam that meets ASTM 2440 standards for impact rating and HIC (Head Injury Criterion) scores.
Backing: 23/32" Georgia Pacific Drymax strand board. Engineered to be moisture resistant throughout and meets LEED certification requirements.
Covering: 19 oz waterproof coated vinyl with a smooth matte surface. Highly mildew and fungus resistant, includes UV additives that keep color from fading. Passes CSFM FR testing, ASTM E84 & NFPA-701 FR tests.
Graphic Options: We are able to digitally print on our outdoor wall pads with multiple-colors and from top to bottom, the cost of graphics is per-pad and not per-square-foot so its a great opportunity to think big! This is perfect for school names, mascot graphics, or even to subsidize the cost of your wall padding with local advertising! Please contact a customer service member for graphic pricing.

Hardware: Z-Clip pads will come with enough z-clip for the full width of the pad on the wall side, top and bottom. On the panel side it will come with two clips (each 1 1/2" wide) for the top and for the bottom. Each clip has two holes and a 3/4" pan head screw is supplied for anchoring to the panel. Fence mounted padding comes with pre-installed T-Nuts, bolt, and fender-washers to secure pad to fencing.
