These extra-thick foam tiles are over three times thicker than average foam exercise tiles and are perfect for high impact workouts and protecting yourself and your underlying surfaces. Because of their incredible thickness, Jiu Jitsu Foam Tiles are incredibly durable and difficult to separate when working out.
