Installation
Installation Instructions:
Preparation:
- Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, and free of dirt, dust, grease, or other foreign materials.
- Check that the subfloor is level and stable before beginning installation.
Starting the Installation:
- Begin in the front left corner of the space you are tiling.
- Ensure the female side (loops) of the tile is facing away from the edge of the installation area.
Laying the Tiles:
- Lay the first tile in the corner and align it properly.
- Continue adding tiles along the left edge and the adjacent edge, making sure each tile locks securely with its neighbor.
Filling the Space:
- Once the edges are filled, proceed to cover the rest of the space with whole tiles, working your way outward.
- Ensure each tile is securely interlocked with the adjacent tiles.
Trimming Tiles:
- When you reach a wall or an obstruction, measure the required space accurately.
- Cut the tiles to fit using a sharp utility knife, leaving a 3/4” space between the tiles and the edge or obstruction to allow for expansion.
- Place the trimmed tiles into position.
Final Steps:
- After all tiles are in place, inspect the installation for any loose tiles or misaligned edges.
- Make any necessary adjustments to ensure a smooth, secure fit.

Vinegar Solution Cleaning:
- Prepare a cleaning solution with 2 parts vinegar to 1 gallon of distilled water.
- Pour the mixture over the tiles and scrub with a soft-bristled brush or broom.
- Rinse the tiles thoroughly with more distilled water.
