Nexus® Cushion Modular Adhesive non-PVC Adhesive is an aggressive, pressure sensitive adhesive designed for the installation of Nexus Cushion Modular flooring. Nexus Cushion Modular Adhesive is non-flammable and is both water and alkali resistant when dry. It has low odor and “zero” calculated VOCs, which makes it ideal for use in schools, health care facilities, public buildings, and anywhere odor is a concern.

Installation
Use a 1/16" x 1/32" x 1/32" U-notch trowel. Adhesive must be full spread, do not use the grid method. Allow to completely dry until transparent, or does not transfer to finger when touched. Drying time will vary with temperature, humidity and air velocity; however, do not allow adhesive to dry for more than two hours before installing floor covering. Roll with a 75 or 100 pound carpet roller upon completion, depending on the type of floor covering being installed.
Maintenance
Wet adhesive may be removed with warm soapy water. Dampen white cotton toweling and blot to remove (do not rub). Dried adhesive may be removed using the same dampen and blot technique with safety solvent.
