Assembly Instructions for your Foldable Gymnastics Crash Mat:
● Open Carefully: Use caution when cutting the plastic packaging to avoid damaging the vinyl cover or foam cushions.
● Start with the Vinyl Cover: Open the vinyl cover packaged around your foam pads first.
● Prepare the Vinyl Cover: Lay the vinyl cover flat on the floor, ready to receive the foam mats.
● Open Foam Mats Carefully: Note: The mats are compressed under pressure, similar to a foam mattress.
● Insert First Foam Mat: Immediately place one foam mat into one end of the vinyl cover and zip it up. Act quickly, as the foam will expand over time, making insertion harder. If it expands too much, you may need a second person to assist.
● Insert Second Foam Mat: Open the second foam mat and quickly place it into the other end of the vinyl cover.
● Ready to Use: Your mat is ready for immediate use, though the foam may take 10-14 days to fully expand.
