Our 3/4" Extreme Mats are constructed from highly durable and shock-absorbent recycled rubber, designed to protect flooring from free-weight lifters who occasionally drop heavy weights. These straight-edged rubber mats are heavy-duty and will not indent under gym equipment or during demanding workouts.
