Our interlocking 1" MMA Foam Mats are made from high-density EVA foam and come in two reversible colors, allowing you to use both sides of the interlocking tile as your flooring surface. These durable martial arts mats feature a solid color throughout and a water drop top for added grip. Our 1" MMA Foam Mats are highly shock-absorbent, water-resistant, mold and mildew resistant, and insulating. These properties make them the perfect easy-to-install foam mat flooring for basements, garages, children's playrooms, martial arts studios, MMA studios, or any space where a solid, shock-absorbing surface is desired. The interlocking foam tiles are easy to clean and come with two removable edge pieces, making it extra simple to create a cleanly finished continuous flooring surface.
